A dialogue between two different characters.
Designed to sit at the same table and perfectly compliment gumpo’s furniture, both chairs embody a balance between presence and adaptability. Both are upholstered for comfort, and both are relatively small for agility. One, the “yay”, quite radical at its core, stands out as a statement piece: it knows exactly how to interact with its surroundings, always grabbing attention simply by being present.

“Ohh”, in contrast, takes a step back and surprises by use. Understated and versatile, it’s designed to adapt effortlessly to different typologies. Whether as a conference chair, a bench, a two-seater, a three-seater, with or without a side table, low or counter height. It shifts and responds to the situation, owning the space quietly, without needing to shout. It does it by mimicking the language and surfaces used on gumpo’s tables or storage units. Its unexpected comfort lies in the subtle detail construction of the backrest, adapting naturally to the body.

Whether at home or in the office, their interaction creates a dialogue between bold and quiet, much like the interplay of diverse characters in a room.
