Unlike most grinders, which have distinct visual languages and user experiences compared to coffee machines even within the same brand, siji and youn share an unified approach, reminiscent of classic hi-fi systems where each component fits together harmoniously. Designed to perfect compliment the LIGRE youn, the grinder can be placed right next to youn serving as a unified background for coffee preparation, allowing an ample working space in front. Its dimensions, with a 3mm gap, align perfectly to form a 600mm width, ideal visual integration on standard kitchen cabinets.

But every kitchen is unique. Since there’s no physical connection between the appliances, the user is able to place the grinder freely in the countertop, according his or her preference or needs.

siji guarantees highest precision and quality of coffee grinding. The integrated scale make exact preset quantities of ground coffee possible. Besides the common grind by time option it offers the more precise grind by weight technology. This further development of the technical status quo has been certified with a patent.
