There is rule that we kind of follow while designing a new object. We tent to think that every product that is supposed to be used as a tool should be kept as simple as possible to avoid frustrations, while every product that has to do with enjoyment should be able express its complexity.
A hook is an object that can be both a tool or a decorative element in everyone’s home and we thought how great it would be if it could be both, keeping them as simple as possible and leaving the decorative character pop out as soon as it has some color. Once in white, it should step back, merge into the wall but still be visible through their minimal shades.

Disk is an elegant, minimal and playful wooden hook.
